Innovation in Action

Across both venues, attendees experienced a series of live demos featuring Fleetclear’s latest safety technologies, the Vehicle Lift Information System (VLIS) and Live Lane Information System (LLIS).

These intelligent systems use advanced detection and real-time alerts to improve operator safety during bin-lifting and live-lane operations, highlighting Fleetclear’s focus on preventing incidents and increasing situational awareness in the field.

Our Headline Vehicle partner, Endurance Vehicle Solutions joined us atboth events bringing along a range of refuse vehicles and sweepers equipped with Fleetclear technology. Their vehicles gave visitors a real-world view ofhow our systems perform in demanding operational environments.

Interactive Challenges

The Fleetclear Go competition added a competitive twist to proceedings. Participants were timed as they completed a full vehicle inspection using the new Fleetclear Go app on a car at Bicester and a sweeper at Three Sisters. The challenge showcased just how simple and efficient the digital check process is, with prizes awarded to the quickest and most accurate competitors.

At Bicester, guests also took to the driving simulator, where they competed for the day’s fastest lap time. The eventual winner celebrated their victory in style with a magnum of champagne, capping off a lively and engaging experience.

Trackside Excitement

Between demos and discussions, the circuits came alive with supercars and performance vehicles, offering passenger laps and track sessions that gave guests a thrilling taste of precision driving.

The atmosphere combined excitement with insight, reminding everyone that safety, awareness, and control are as vital on a racetrack as they are in everyday fleet operations.

Over lunch and throughout the day, guests, partners, and Fleetclear team members enjoyed time to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss the latest developments in fleet technology.
