How to raise a ticket

Raise a ticket via our new support form and we’ll direct it straight to the right member of the team to resolve, after the following 5 simple steps.

  2. Select the category for your support request
  3. Choose the level of priority for your request
  4. Further describe the issue
  5. Hit send
