Expansion and growth continue

Following on from the expansion of its field engineer team by nearly 40% during the last quarter of 2021, the company has recently recruited more new staff members to enhance its after sales provision.

We can monitor customers’ equipment remotely and respond immediately if something isn’t working correctly, without relying on them contacting us. It might not be the easy option from our perspective, but customers confirm it saves them time and resources, which can instead be focused on their core fleet operations.”

A market leading vehicle safety technology provider, ISS is responsible for some of the most innovative HGV safety solutions, such as Cyclear for cyclist safety, Reaclear for reversing safety and the IDClear anti-rollaway device, as well as superior 4-8 camera recording systems with LIVE and remote footage download options.

More recently, following significant research and development, and major investment by Leeds-based YFM Equity Partners, ISS launched its new software division Fleetclear, a pioneering software system giving vehicle operators access to a whole new level of information and visibility for their entire fleet.
